TRADE NOTICE NO. 4/AM-12 DATED 30.1.2012

It has been decided to interact closely with exporters so that various information regarding latest development/changes in the policy/procedures can be disseminated immediately. In this direction, to start with, all the Trade Notices/Policy Circulars/Public Notices having wider implications would be e-mailed immediately to all exporters.

All exporters having IEC numbers may kindly inform the updated e-mail address of the Authorised Signatory so that communications/correspondence can be directly made with him/her. A separate letter mentioning the e-mail address of the Authorised Signatory and the contact person may be submitted to IEC counter so that details may be updated in IEC data. The details may also be forwarded to e-mail haroon.bilal@nic.in which would be updated in the IEC data. 

It is further requested that e-mail addresses with name of the contact person shall be essentially mentioned on all correspondences submitted to this office from 15th February, 2012.
